Hi Y'all!  My name is BREG. (As in, ALEX BREGMAN!) 

I had a family, but my 2 siblings and I were surrendered to the shelter when my owners went into the hospital. 

My sister passed away, (she was older) and my brother was adopted from the shelter. That left me. 

Luckily, HBR stepped in. 

We aren't sure if I ever lived in a house, but boy I love it now!!! 

I have some medical things going on, but HBR is making sure I get well and in tip-top shape. I'm putting on weight and my coat is looking so much better! 

I am a BIG PUPPY. I am about 2 years old, but like many boxers, I act like a little puppy in a BIG BOY BODY.  Hahahaha! I'm clumsy, run into things, and just have so much excitement for life, I kidney-bean around the house bumping into people and things! 

I love the man of the house. I really like the kids, and my foster mom is the one that feeds and gives me my meds, so I follow her, too. :-)  (Maybe consider that I don't control this big boy body well yet, and might bump into very small kiddos.) 

I am learning sit, come, and how to play. I like other dogs, and my foster home has cats - we are taking it slow to see how I do there. Right now, I am VERY curious. Foster Mom and Dad aren't sure if I want to check them out or eat them yet. :-) (but they should know soon.)

I need a family that is prepared for a BIG PUPPY. I will need patience, and love. I can't handle someone who yells at me when I'm not sure of the rules. I am highly food motivated so train me with treats!! 

Transport Fee:

Our basic transport fee is $300 for boxers traveling outside of Texas to their new homes up North. This fee may vary occasionally. Note: Transport is not available within Texas or Louisiana.
